India’s GMR Infrastructure secures bid to develop Greenfield port at Kakinada

India’s leading infrastructure group, GMR, has won the bid for the development of a commercial Greenfield port at the Kakinada SEZ, Andhra Pradesh. The port will be developed as an all-weather, deep draft and multi-cargo port and is expected to become the gateway to the east coast of India.
