Singapore retains leadership position in shipping development index

Singapore has been ranked first in the International Shipping Centre Development Index for the fifth year in a row. The shipping index, compiled by a Chinese news agency Xinhua and the Baltic Exchange, covers 43 of the world’s largest ports and cities.
