CMA CGM to acquire European shortsea shipping Co-Containerships

CMA CGM has signed an agreement with Container Finance to acquire Containerships, a European shortsea specialist. Containerships has strong market presence in the Baltic markets, North Africa, Northern Europe, Russia, and Turkey and owns stakes in box terminals in Finland and Russia.
