Chinese business group looking to invest in Bangladesh’s Mirsarai Economic Zone

China’s Sichuan Silk Road Belt Investment & the Corporation Chamber of Commerce has signed an MoU with the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority to build an industrial park in Mirsarai which will produce automobiles, agricultural machines and cattle food. Investors have been showing interest in the economic zone due to its location as it is situated only 10 kilometres away from Dhaka-Chattogram Highway and 65 kilometres from Chattogram Port.
