DP World won the arbitration case over Djibouti’s Doraleh Container Terminal

The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), in a recent ruling, has held that DP World’s operating contract for a port container terminal in Djibouti is valid and binding. In February, 2018, the government of Djibouti seized control of the Doraleh Container Terminal from DP World that the latter had built and operated since 2006.
